All Woven Earth orders are packaged with our beautiful planet in mind. Jewellery is packaged in plastic-free paper envelopes made with a 100% recycled paper-fibre lining, which are fully recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. Vintage cloth or tissue paper is used in place of bubble wrap for protection, alongside recyclable paper tape to ensure all orders are 100% plastic free! Clothing and homeware orders will be sent in re-used boxes or mail bags, any string or twine used to wrap orders has been purchased second-hand, and thankyou notes are hand block-printed on recyclable card.
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail, and a tracking number will be provided. Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and usually take between 2-5 days to arrive. International orders will be sent using Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service, and full tracking information will be provided. Please note that international parcels may be subject to customs fees, taxes or handling charges when they arrive in your country, so please check your country’s rules before ordering.
